 This is a powerful way to Integrate all that you have learned in the Living Freedom Training.

How to do the Program:
Sign Up Anytime.
Review the Quick Start Trainings (1hr Total)
Do the JOURNAL Twice a Week. (30-60 min per session)
Participate in 4 SHARING CIRCLES (1hr per Month)
Once a Month for 4 Months.
4th Thursday of the month. 5:00PT
Sharing Circles are Live 1-hr  Zoom sessions that include additional
training and learning from others doing the Journal.
If you miss a Circle we will send you a recording.
